Inspiration Dwindles

As the months roll on, I realize I haven't written as much as I used to. I haven't written much in my second book and I haven't written many poems either. April, I had a lot going on, I was very sick, hospitalized even, then had to recover from that. May was spent just going from day to day, probably still recovering a bit from April's mess. I can see the future months ahead of me and I want to write but nothing comes to mind.

So I struggle with the inspiration that was once in me. I need to find it again so I can get back to doing the writing that I love. When I don't write, I feel like something is wrong. I pick up a pen and pad of paper, ready to write but nothing comes. It will come back to me... eventually.

I'm thrilled that I have over 1000 views now. I didn't think it would happen, especially since I haven't submitted anything in a while. I will try to do some writing in the coming days and try to submit something for you. Until then, Thank you for reading and Enjoy your days.
